Qualifications

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and assisting with lobby flow and scheduling meetings.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulations.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and collaborating with branch team members.
Handle branch operations and cash devices in compliance with bank policies.
