Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow while using a tablet to check in and schedule meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, maintaining, and opening new accounts in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient access anywhere.
