Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in the United States to deliver hospitality and professional service to clients. You will help clients achieve their financial goals by providing tailored banking solutions and leveraging digital tools.

In this role you will greet clients, open new accounts, assist with transactions, and collaborate with branch colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience. A strong client-service mindset and the ability to learn rapidly are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in client-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet and queue system.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions with branch teammates.
• Perform branch operations duties including cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
