• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and opening of new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and use of digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product solutions, collaborating with branch team.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices in line with bank policies.
