Job summary

Chase is hiring an Associate Banker to provide welcoming, attentive service and build trusted relationships with clients in the branch. You will support account servicing, new accounts, and everyday transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.

You will collaborate with the branch team to meet client goals, educate clients on solutions, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or equivalent required.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Assist with account servicing, maintenance, and new accounts while following policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and technology self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates to meet client goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in compliance with bank policies.
