Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Client Executive to manage 300+ MDUs in the NJ market, supporting the Fios and 5G Home footprint. You will analyze data, plan marketing activities, coordinate events with property staff and vendors, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve customer escalations and drive sales.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or 4+ years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience required.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 75% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with property staff.
• Overseeing two-to-three vendor sales agents.
• Creating marketing plans to increase sales.
• Pulling sales data from Verizon systems.
• Updating documents in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets.
