Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Client Executive to manage 300–400 MDUs within the Fios and 5G Home footprint across NJ, including coverage in South Orange. You will drive sales, coordinate events with property staff and vendors, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations.

The role requires strong relationship-building, data-driven planning, and the ability to travel extensively while maintaining a rotating schedule. Field-based, with occasional Verizon locations for training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule (shifts) including evenings and weekends based on business needs.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to travel up to ~75% of the time.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with property staff.
• Overseeing two-to-three vendor sales agents.
• Creating marketing plans to increase sales.
• Pulling sales data from Verizon systems.
• Updating documents in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets.
