Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Client Executive to manage 3–4 hundred MDUs across the Fios and 5G Home footprint, focusing on sales results and strategic marketing activities. You will coordinate events with property professionals and vendors, analyze data, and drive campaigns to boost occupancy and service adoption.

In this field role, you will travel up to ~75% and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations, while building relationships and updating plans with executives and property

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule (shifts) including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with property staff.
• Oversee two-to-three vendor sales agents.
• Create marketing plans to increase sales.
• Pull sales data from Verizon systems.
• Update documents in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets.
