Job summary

Verizon seeks a Client Executive to manage 3–4 hundred MDU communities across Fios and 5G Home, driving sales and resolving escalations. You’ll coordinate with property staff, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver results.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience, willingness to travel up to 75%, and a valid driver’s license. Primarily field-based with occasional in-person training and 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform physical requirements with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 75%.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with property staff and vendors.
• Oversee two-to-three vendor sales agents and create marketing plans.
• Pull sales data from Verizon systems and analyze trends.
• Coordinate events with property professionals and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations.
