Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Client Executive to support our Fios/5G Home footprint across multiple NJ communities. You will build relationships with property staff, coordinate marketing plans, and analyze sales data to drive growth.

In this field role, expect up to 75% travel, flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and deliver results in a dynamic network environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Four+ years of relevant experience demonstrated through work or military experience.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to travel up to approximately 75% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with property staff.
• Overseeing two-to-three vendor sales agents.
• Creating marketing plans to increase sales.
• Pulling sales data from Verizon systems.
• Updating documents in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets.
