USClaims is seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator to initiate timely contact with clients and deliver exceptional service through accurate processing of information. The role focuses on leads generated by our web marketing efforts and collaborates with the sales team to improve web lead conversion rates.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experience in client relations or paralegal work. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Experience handling multiple client inquiries and building cross-enterprise relationships.
• Experience in personal injury or paralegal work is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries after online applications.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients by delivering prompt, accurate service.
• Enter clear updates to CRM leads and activity.
• Research and obtain information to assist the Sales Team in workflow progression.
• Deliver exceptional value, service, and a positive client experience.
• Provide timely follow-up with the Sales Team and clients through the life cycle of requests.
