• Comfortable handling high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• First point of customer contact for gathering information after online applications are submitted.
• Builds and maintains business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service.
• Enter clear and concise updates to the related CRM leads and activity.
• Research and obtain additional information to assist internal Sales Team in sending a lead to Underwriting.
• Deliver unparalleled value, excellent service and provide a positive client experience.
• Timely follow-up with the internal Sales Team and the customer through the entire life cycle of their request.
