Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Client Service Manager in Boston to lead daily security operations and guide a team of security officers and supervisors. You will ensure client satisfaction, maintain safety standards, and drive operational excellence.

You will recruit, train, and manage personnel, handle payroll and evaluations, and use BI tools to monitor metrics, optimize schedules, and improve profitability for the client and Allied Universal.

Qualifications

• Two+ years managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization (bachelor’s path).
• Three+ years managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization (associate path).
• Five+ years managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization (high school path).
• Valid driver’s license for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline supervisors and security officers; meet client-specific hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Recruit, train, schedule, payroll, evaluations, and employee relations for high-performing teams.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service and protection of people and property.
• Leverage BI/AI platforms to track metrics, optimize schedules, and improve efficiency and profitability.
