Allied Universal is hiring a Service Manager to lead daily security operations, guide a team of officers and supervisors, and ensure client contractual hours are met while maintaining efficiency and safety. You will drive performance, engage with clients, and oversee payroll, training and evaluations.

The role requires proven leadership, security management experience, and strong communication, with opportunities to use BI tools to improve metrics and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization (degree paths listed).
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or personal vehicle for business.
• Experience leading development and retaining a diverse team while building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, security protocols and risk assessments.
• Experience with BI tools for metrics, reporting and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security protocols and standards are upheld; manage frontline supervisors and officers while meeting client hours and minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage supervisors and officers; handle payroll, evaluations, and employee relations.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Leverage AI technology and BI platforms to track metrics, optimize schedules, reduce overtime, and improve profitability.
• Maintain safety, training, and operational standards; manage uniforms, equipment, and supplies.
