Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Service Manager to lead daily security operations, guide a team of officers and supervisors, and ensure top-tier client service and safety. You will drive operational excellence, reviewing metrics with BI tools to optimize staffing and protect people and property.

The role requires prior supervisory security experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong client relations and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in security or related service org.
• Bachelor's/Associate degree or HS diploma with progressive leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license if driving company or personal vehicle.
• Experience leading dispersed teams and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security protocols are upheld and frontline supervisors/officers are managed to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage supervisors and officers; handle payroll, evaluations, and employee relations.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Use BI tools to track metrics, optimize schedules, and improve operational efficiency and profitability.
