Allied Universal is hiring a Security Account Manager in Lexington, MA. You will drive daily security operations, guiding a team of officers and supervisors to deliver outstanding service and safety for people and property.

You will schedule staffing using AI-powered tools, develop your team, strengthen client relationships, and coordinate with clients on incidents and emergencies, while upholding compliance and site standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in security operations or supervising teams.
• Valid driver's license if driving a company or personal vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule staffing using AI-powered technology while matching client hours and minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll and employee relations.
• Serve as primary contact for clients; ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Respond to escalated incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards and inventory (uniforms, equipment).
