Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Service Manager to lead daily security operations and guide a team of officers and supervisors. You will ensure contract adherence, manage staffing, payroll, and client relations, and use BI tools to optimize performance and profitability.

You will drive safety, compliance, and service quality while collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional protection for people and property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business, or a related field with at least two years of experience managing hourly employees.
• Associate’s degree with at least three years of experience managing hourly staff in a fast-paced service org.
• High school diploma with at least five years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security protocols are upheld and manage frontline supervisors and officers to meet contractual hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage supervisors; handle payroll, evaluations, and employee relations.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Leverage BI platforms to track metrics, optimize schedules, and improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business, or a related field

Associate’s degree in criminal justice, business, or a related field

High school diploma or equivalent with extensive management experience

Experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization

Leadership and development of diverse teams

Knowledge of emergency preparedness and security protocols

Experience with BI tools for metrics analysis

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
