Job summary

CLA is hiring a Client Engagement Consultant for our Talent Solutions - HR Systems & Payroll practice in Orlando. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering payroll implementation solutions.

You will collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and ensure client objectives are met. Requirements include 7 years of payroll or HCM experience, a Bachelor's degree, and preferred CPP/PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications.

Qualifications

• 7 years payroll or HCMS experience required.
• Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• CPP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members, clients, and internal stakeholders through the entire sales and implementation process, including inbound marketing opportunities, discovery meetings, client demonstrations, and system setup.
• Manage new client activities as it relates to payroll implementation.
• Oversee project handoff to payroll processing team.
• Manage project timeline, ensuring that all milestones are met, and the implementation is completed on schedule.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Oversee detailed documentation of the implementation process and any customizations made to the system.
• Continuously improve implementation processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
