Job summary

Sidley Austin LLP’s Miami office seeks a Client Engagement Senior Coordinator to support a broad set of marketing and client engagement initiatives, elevating the firm’s profile and helping lawyers connect with clients across offices and regions.

You will plan and execute events, coordinate communications, manage ticket assets, assist with biographies, intranet and social content, and support Inclusion programs while leveraging Salesforce, InterAction and Foundation to document activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
• Minimum two years of marketing, business development, program planning or related experience.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; familiarity with InterAction, Salesforce and Foundation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute firm-sponsored and hosted client events with a focus on ROI.
• Draft and distribute client communications, bios, newsletters and announcements.
• Coordinate marketing materials and credentialing opportunities for lawyers.
• Maintain ticket assets, prepare utilization reports, and manage expenses.
• Support Inclusion programs and cross-office marketing initiatives.
