Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum five (5) years of professional marketing experience.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience planning and leading events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans, leads, and executes firm-sponsored programs for current and prospective clients.
• Serves as the marketing lead for events and sponsorships, including invitations and guest lists.
• Coordinates event logistics: speaker prep, materials, site management, and follow-up.
• Supports office client entertainment and manages the ticket assets/allocations.
• Produces and distributes legal updates to clients and tracks readership reports.
• Assists in budgeting and analyzes ROI for future initiatives.
• Maintains CRM engagement and connects lawyers, clients, and contacts.
• Identifies speaking/credentialing opportunities and prepares supporting materials.
• Supports onboarding of new lawyers and lateral partners; delivers workshops.
• Contributes to special projects as requested by leadership.
