Job summary

Sidley Austin is seeking a Client Engagement Senior Coordinator in Florida to support office, regional, and firmwide marketing and client engagement initiatives. You will work with lawyers and marketing colleagues to coordinate events, communications, and credentials while leveraging CRM systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in marketing or business development, with strong writing, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Two (2) years of marketing, business development, program planning, and/or related experience.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes firm-sponsored and hosted client events.
• Identifies event and sponsorship opportunities aligned with the firm’s practices.
• Develops invitation lists and coordinates approvals.
• Creates invitations with design team and manages registrations.
• Coordinates production of event materials and pre/post-event debriefs.
• Defines event ROI metrics and tracks outcomes.
• Supports client entertainment activities and manages ticket assets.
• Drafts and reviews lawyer bios for Sidley.com.
• Liaises to produce internal and external marketing communications.
