Job summary

Sidley Austin LLP seeks a Client Engagement Senior Coordinator to support office, regional and firmwide marketing initiatives. You will coordinate events, client entertainment, and communications while learning the firm’s services, lawyers, and clients.

The role requires strong writing, organizational, and collaboration skills, with hybrid work in Texas and exposure to CRM systems like InterAction, Salesforce, and Foundation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of two (2) years of marketing, business development, program planning, and/or other relevant experience
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Firm-sponsored events with lawyers and marketing colleagues.
• Identify event opportunities aligned with office/regional practices and industries.
• Create invitations with the design team, distribute invitations, and process registrations.
• Coordinate production of event materials and post-event debriefs with stakeholders.
• Define event metrics to measure ROI.
• Support office/regional client entertainment activities, including management of the Firm’s ticket assets and allocation system.
• Act as primary contact for all regional sports and event ticket requests.
• Leverage firm tickets for business development use and track expenses.
• Draft and review lawyer biographies for Sidley.com.
• Liaise with lawyers to produce internal and external marketing communications, including announcements and newsletters.
• Draft regional news announcements and content for intranet, website, and social media.
• Assist in identifying speaking/credentialing opportunities for regional lawyers.
• Assist in planning and executing office/regional marketing initiatives and Inclusion programs.
• Utilize Salesforce, InterAction, Foundation to document and track marketing activity.
• Collaborate with Creative team to produce marketing materials for sponsorships/ads.
• Assist in selection/procurement/inventory of promotional items for marketing activities.
• Perform research and data collection on clients, industries, and competitors.
• Assist in training lawyers/staff on InterAction, LinkedIn, and other tools.
