Job summary

AgencyBloc is seeking a Client Experience Consultant, Client Enablement, to design and run live and scalable education experiences for our client base. You will own and continually improve enablement quality as the product evolves and work across onboarding, adoption moments, and cross-functional teams.

You’ll leverage AI tooling to prepare and scale content while maintaining high judgement and client value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years in client education or enablement, or equivalent experience.
Strong live facilitation and presentation skills for client-facing sessions.
Own enablement quality over time and drive adoption through iteration.
Able to translate high-level asks into polished enablement content.
Value variety and work across multiple enablement tasks, not a single task.
Comfort using AI tooling to prepare and scale enablement with judgment.

Responsibilities

Designs and delivers live trainings, webinars, and education programs for clients.
Maintains ongoing quality and relevance of enablement as product evolves.
Delivers live client training and supports internal training delivery as needed.
Collaborates with Professional Services and Client Success on onboarding and adoption moments.
Uses AI tooling to prepare, personalize, and scale enablement.
Provides feedback from sessions to content teams to improve programs.
