Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an AI Deployment Manager to deliver post-sales enablement and adoption services for its product suite, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, Agents, and API. You will design technical enablement experiences and lead live trainings for audiences from hands-on builders to executives, driving adoption at scale.

The role emphasizes deep technical fluency, instructional design, and customer advisory.

Qualifications

4+ years in customer-facing or instructional roles with senior technical audiences.
Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level audiences.
Deep technical understanding of AI systems, including RAG, evaluation, fine-tuning, and production operations.
Experience leading structured technical trainings (API bootcamps, workshops, enablement sessions).
Ability to translate technical features into measurable business outcomes (productivity, cost, risk).

Responsibilities

Own the technical enablement of OpenAI products and define enablement patterns for adoption across customer segments.
Lead customer training and enablement across onboarding, expansion, optimization, and long-term adoption.
Design and deliver high-impact trainings and workshops for diverse audiences.
Drive activation, sustained usage, and measurable business value through structured programs.
Collaborate with Sales, AI Success Engineers, Solutions Engineering, and Product for seamless handoffs.
Develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices from customer patterns.
Capture feedback from engagements and inform product/program improvements.
