Docupace is seeking a forward-thinking Training Manager to lead the design and delivery transformation of learning experiences for our clients. You will own client-facing Learning & Development, driving onboarding, education, certification paths, and self-service content to ensure platform proficiency.

In this fully remote role, you will partner with Client Success, Product, and Implementation teams to boost adoption, satisfaction, and retention while using data-driven approaches to optimize

Qualifications

• 5+ years in training, learning & development, or client education.
• Experience designing training for external clients (SaaS/fintech a plus).
• Strong instructional design and ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Hands-on experience with an LMS or client education platform (e.g., Docebo).
• Comfort with public speaking and facilitating live sessions.

Responsabilités

• Design client learning journeys and onboarding curricula for diverse roles.
• Develop engaging training content: live webinars, on-demand video, guides.
• Administer the client LMS, course structure, certifications, completion reporting.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and feature-adoption webinars.
• Build feedback loops with Client Success, Support, and Product teams.
• Partner with Marketing and Product Management to launch training for new features.
• Measure impact with completion rates, CSAT, and adoption data, reporting to leadership.
