Mcmtech is seeking an experienced Training Enablement Lead to shape how clients learn our software—from initial login to advanced administration. You will own the content pipeline, including AI-assisted workflows, and deliver both live and in-product enablement across multiple channels.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 3+ years leading online training via web conferencing (Teams, Zoom, Webex).
• Experience recording, editing, publishing training video (screen capture, captioning).
• Applied AI skills: repeatable AI assisted workflows and templates.
• Proven remote work effectiveness: self-directed and reliable.

Aufgaben

• Own the content pipeline turning sessions, release notes, or config changes into training material with minimal manual handling (AI assisted).
• Design onboarding flows and in-app guidance to reduce instructor time.
• Deliver remote and on-site training for implementation, admin, and end users.
• Build and maintain an on-demand library; version content and retire outdated material.
• Collaborate with product/support to align training with milestones and trends.
