Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking a seasoned Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical training for CX teams, partners, and customers in a SaaS environment. You will create clear training materials, organize them into logical courses, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and offshore teams to ensure consistent, high-quality content.

You will lead in-person and virtual sessions, ramp up new products during Alpha, and support customer escalations with product feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting customers in a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years LiveRamp experience.
• Strong understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem and how LiveRamp products fit within it.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with diverse live audiences.
• Experience collaborating with Product/Engineering to gather detailed information about complex products.
• Experience in technical writing of training or documentation.
• Experience in training or mentoring new team members.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Takes initiative in high-ambiguity situations.

Responsibilities

• Learn to deeply understand LiveRamp products.
• Create engaging training materials from meetings, docs, and resources.
• Organize content into courses and modules with clear narratives and visuals.
• Own areas of products and collaborate with the product core team.
• Deliver interactive sessions virtually and in person to large groups.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to create slides and e-learning materials.
• Identify training needs with CX teams for internal and external users.
• Ramp up on a product through the Alpha phase with Product Team.
• Lead technical implementation for Limited Availability products.
• Assist CX as first point of contact for technical issues and escalations.
• Provide feedback to product from customer escalations.
• Document learnings and update internal KB.
• Apply adult learning principles to training content.
• Ensure materials are consistent, brand-appropriate, and digestible.
• Gather trainee feedback and update content accordingly.
• Create and maintain internal ramp-up processes.
