Job summary

Imperial Supplies LLC is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to design and deliver training that grows the skills of our sales teams. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Digital teams to provide resources that drive performance and business results.

The role emphasizes coaching, facilitating training, and working with leaders to develop others across the organization in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of sales, training, or related experience.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for inside and outside sales teams.
• Develop learning content and resources to build sales capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to identify development opportunities.
• Measure training effectiveness through feedback and metrics.
• Provide coaching and reinforcement to support long-term learning transfer.
• Facilitate training in both in-person and virtual environments.
