Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Training & Enablement Specialist (Client-Dedicated) to partner with client teams, customize SOPs, and govern training infrastructure across the portfolio. You will leverage Google Sites, Cornerstone LXP, Spekit, and AI tools to deliver tailored content, support onboarding and certifications, and track learning metrics to drive client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes collaboration with operations leadership, deployment across properties, and governance of training materials

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading a team in property management operations.
• 1-2+ years of experience in instructional design, training, or tech enablement.
• Experience with enablement software and PMS tools such as Spekit or Cornerstone LXP and Google Sites.
• Demonstrated experience supporting property transitions, client launches, or multi-site training rollouts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead virtual workshops.
• Tech-savvy mindset with AI tools to streamline work.
• Strong project management skills with meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to support client rollouts and live workshops.

Responsibilities

• Own the Source of Truth for all client-dedicated training collateral, SOPs, and client playbooks.
• Leverage enablement tech to organize and deliver content by client and onsite role.
• Identify skill gaps with leadership and build tailored learning paths for onboarding and growth.
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and elevate training delivery.
• Maintain content governance and accessibility across the portfolio.
• Lead training deployment for client integrations, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Collaborate with shared service stakeholders to roll out software, policies, and tech.
• Support field onboarding with structured training paths from day one.
• Manage training participation and progress toward client certifications.
