Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular full-time team member for our Retail Banking group in the United States. You will provide timely client service, handle transactions accurately, and support sales and IRM activities to meet clients' financial needs.

The role emphasizes building relationships, educating clients on digital solutions, participating in leadership routines, and maintaining compliance with policies. Evening and weekend shifts may be required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours; occasional travel/overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions while ensuring accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identify client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk policies; stay updated on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
