Job summary

Truist is seeking a Universal Banker to provide timely, accurate client transactions and superior service. You will uncover client needs, guide them to digital self-service options, and support the sales process through outbound outreach while coordinating with the branch team and specialists.

You will participate in leadership routines and training to grow product knowledge and ensure compliance with policies. Weekend hours and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound calls and client referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
