Job summary

Truist is seeking a Universal Banker to join our branch team in the United States. You will deliver a distinctive client experience by handling complex and standard transactions, while guiding clients through digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and transaction handling.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Maintain product knowledge through trainings and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
