Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service or sales in the P&C insurance industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle inquiries, endorsements, and renewals while collaborating with carriers and clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or sales experience in the P&C insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to listen and probe customer needs with question-based selling.
• Self-directed with good decision making and time management.
• Proficient PC skills; AMS360 experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage an assigned book of business as primary client relationship manager.
• Handle inquiries regarding coverages, policy changes, and general insurance questions.
• Process billing, service and endorsement requests.
• Liaise between customer and carrier to ensure mutually beneficial relationship.
• Handle renewals, loss information review, and renewal pricing negotiations.
• Maintain knowledge of company systems and offerings.
