Job summary

Fuse Specialty Appliances and Plumbing is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Scheduler in Deerfield Beach, FL. You will act as the primary contact for delivery scheduling and status updates, coordinating with clients and the sales team.

You will confirm dates with clients, document interactions in the CRM/ERP system, and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or scheduling/logistics experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and professional phone manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM/ERP systems for data entry and order management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client contact for delivery scheduling and status updates.
• Proactively call clients to confirm delivery dates and address concerns.
• Maintain clear communication with the sales team and other stakeholders.
• Document client interactions, notes, and updates in the CRM/ERP system.
• Monitor delivery schedules and identify orders needing attention in system reports.
• Provide updates on order statuses to clients and internal teams.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
