Responsibilities include coordinating routes, confirming appointments, and maintaining accurate records in CRM. The role emphasizes problem-solving in a fast-paced environment and collaboration with field teams and internal departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, call center, or administrative roles preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, home services, or field service operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technician routes based on location, availability and priorities.
• Monitor schedules and adjust for delays, cancellations, and urgent requests.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
