Job summary

ezHIRE is seeking a Scheduling Manager in Deerfield Beach, FL to provide company-wide scheduling leadership across active construction projects from preconstruction through completion. You will work with Preconstruction, Project Managers, Superintendents, and teams to establish consistent scheduling practices, maintain accurate schedules, and proactively identify schedule risks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Experience with commercial General Contractors.
• Strong understanding of sequencing and CPM.
• Ability to read drawings and specs.
• Proven leadership in a project team.
• Proficient with scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary and baseline project schedules with Preconstruction, PMs, and Superintendents.
• Establish scheduling standards, templates, calendars, coding structures, and procedures.
• Review schedules for logic, sequencing, durations, milestones, procurement activities, critical path, and constructability.
• Maintain current schedules and support updates and progress tracking.
• Develop forecasts for completion and milestones; identify variances and trends.
• Monitor critical path activities and potential schedule impacts and delays.
• Support three-week look-ahead scheduling and recovery planning.
• Serve as a scheduling resource to project teams and leadership; translate data into actionable insights.
