Connecticut Appliance & Fireplace Distributors is seeking a dependable Production Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on coordinating delivery, installation, and service appointments, working with Sales, Warehouse, Delivery, Installation, and Service to keep jobs organized and moving on schedule.

You will handle high-volume calls and emails, maintain accurate schedules and ERP records, and ensure documentation is complete before appointments.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to handle a high volume of phone and email communication.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules.
• Experience working with ERP or scheduling systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule customer deliveries, installations, and service appointments.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding appointments and status.
• Work with Sales, Warehouse, Delivery, Installation, and Service personnel.
• Ensure products, materials, permits, and documentation are ready before scheduled appointments.
• Maintain accurate schedules, project records, ERP information and notes.
• Monitor upcoming jobs and identify scheduling or documentation issues.
• Follow through on commitments and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly.
• Review completed jobs and close out supporting documentation.
• Assist with periodic inventory cycle counts.
