• Experience in appliances, plumbing, luxury retail, distribution, or a multi-location business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing and inventory strategy across multiple locations.
• Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and demand to buy smarter.
• Identify opportunities for bulk purchasing, vendor discounts, and rebates.
• Improve availability of frequently sold products while avoiding overstock.
• Oversee inventory allocation between locations based on sales.
• Monitor inventory turns, aging, shortages, and excess stock.
• Build vendor relationships and negotiate better purchasing terms.
• Lead the Purchasing, Allocation, and Reverse Logistics functions.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and leadership to support needs.
• Manage the Purchasing team, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, coaching, and employee development.
• Use reporting and data to identify inventory risks and opportunities.
