Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to greet clients, manage scheduling, and support daily office operations in person. You’ll work alongside tax professionals, handle check-ins, and maintain a professional, organized front desk environment during tax season.

Role offers opportunity to learn tax processes and advance toward office leadership with training and support; evenings and weekends availability is required during peak season.

Qualifications

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
