H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to greet clients and manage scheduling as the front-facing member of the office. You will support daily office operations and work with tax professionals in person.

This role offers training and can lead toward tax preparation or office leadership within a team-focused environment. The position requires availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season and emphasizes a professional, confidential client

Formación

Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with team and serving clients professionally.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.
Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfort using basic computer programs and scheduling tools.
Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsabilidades

Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.
Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.

Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
