Responsibilities

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend banking solutions including deposit accounts, loans, and lines of credit.
• Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, guide loan options, and process applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals and refer to other bank lines when appropriate.
• Offer referrals to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking partners.
• Conduct regular client outreach to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Support sales culture and coach associates on sales, referrals, products, and services.

Education
