Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to keep client wait times to a minimum and deliver quality customer service.
• Process deposits, currency, coin handling, and cashing checks; open checking and savings accounts and other deposit products.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to generate new business and deepen client relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
• Research and resolve client questions about account status and application processing.
• Maintain knowledge of compliance, policies, and risk controls.
