Job summary

Allredi LLC. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to respond to customer inquiries and ensure orders, pricing, quotes, complaints, returns, and literature requests are handled efficiently.

The role includes walk-in customers at the branch and provides support for product selection and order placement. Responsibilities include processing local orders, answering technical questions, tracking shipments, maintaining open and back orders, and assisting the warehouse as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2-3 years of sales & customer service experience.
• Solid computer skills including MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently but also as a strong team member.
• Knowledge of company products, the industry, and basic business concepts.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries and processes local orders, technical questions, sales notes, and shipment tracking.
• Serves walk-in customers and maintains good customer relationships at the branch.
• Works daily with open orders and back orders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Responsible for RMA processing at the branch.
• Assists warehouse with pulling/receiving orders and loading/unloading trucks.
• Performs specialty projects and other duties as assigned by management.
