Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality in a Chase Branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and supporting clients with technology-driven banking tools.

You will collaborate with experts to address complex needs, comply with regulatory requirements, and work flexible branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Ability to build client relationships and deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Willingness to complete required licensing within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a branch.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and tailor product recommendations.
• Explain banking solutions clearly and connect clients with experts when needed.
• Educate clients on Chase technology solutions and digital channels.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory banking requirements.
