Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Strong attention to detail when resolving client issues and inquiries.
• Ability to operate within risk parameters and comply with regulations.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Experience in Retail or Financial Services with proven client development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person or by phone to foster lasting relationships and recommendations.
• Educate clients on Chase mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient banking.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to advise clients and connect them with specialists.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
