Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Indiana is seeking a Relationship Banker at a branch to represent our brand with hospitality, leverage the latest banking solutions, and build lasting relationships.

You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, tailor recommendations to financial needs, and help clients navigate Chase Mobile App and Chase.com. This role requires regulatory knowledge and excellent communication, including weekend hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Adhere to risk parameters, compliance, and training requirements.
• High school diploma or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, and Life licenses; licenses obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs.
• Educate clients to use Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
