Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker in the Indianapolis area to deliver welcoming, attentive service and leverage Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to assist clients with their banking needs.

You will build lasting client relationships, understand financial goals, and tailor product recommendations while complying with regulatory requirements. The role requires a high school diploma and successful completion of required licenses within 180 days, with weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licenses: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses; must obtain through JPMC licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and offer suitable banking solutions.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
