The role requires sales experience in retail banking, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible branch hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in acquiring and expanding client relationships.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to tailor product benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while meeting risk and compliance obligations.
• Must meet licensing requirements (SIE, Series 6, state registrations) with JPMorganChase licensing program.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to deepen relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products quickly and coordinate with specialists for complex financial needs.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
