The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, meeting branch hours including weekends, and collaborating with a team of specialists to support clients’ financial goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features and benefits to client needs.
• Ability to quickly resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistent service.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations including training.
• High school diploma, GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and anticipate clients’ needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Learn products, services and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
