Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to manage daily branch activities, oversee cash devices, and ensure accurate transactions aligned with bank policies. You will lead the team, drive excellent customer experiences, and promote self-service options while maintaining strong loss control and compliance.

The role requires weekend/evening availability, 1+ year retail banking experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
